As of 4/17/24 we are looking for a Deli Manager, and Deli Associate, Cashier, Front End Assistant Manager, & Prep Cook.
Deli Manager
The Deli Manager is responsible for all management of deli departments including, kitchen, bakery, deli customer service area and cheese department. Trains, along with the assistant deli manager, all cooks, bakers, cheese buyers and customer service personnel. Provides high quality, nutritious organic and natural foods in a clean, welcoming shopping environment with excellent customer service while meeting goals for sales, labor and profit margin. $18-$20 per hour.
Deli Associate
We are seeking a reliable and customer-oriented Deli Associate to join our team. As a Deli Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring the deli department operates smoothly. If you have a passion for food and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you. $14 per hour.
Cashier
Our cashiers are the “face” of the store. They are the first person to greet our customers and the last person they deal with when leaving the store. This position requires a friendly face and great “can do” attitude. Our cashiers check out customer purchases quickly and accurately and provide prompt friendly customer service. $13 per hour.
Front End Assistant Manager
This position requires working a 30- to 40-hour week on a flexible schedule. We’re looking for candidates with leadership qualities (such as openness, energy and resourcefulness) who have a passion for natural food and healthy living, find pleasure in serving others and work well as a member of a team. Fluency in English, facility working with computers and the ability to handle objects weighing up to 50 pounds are essential. Retail experience is desirable. $16 per hour.
Prep Cook
Our deli prep cook helps prepare our hot food, soups and to-go items. Our kitchen team works together to create the healthiest salads, soups, and more. This position requires knowledge of both meat based dishes as well as vegetarian/vegan, gluten-free, and healthy cooking methods using approved deli ingredient standards. Previous food handling experience required. Certificate of Safe Food Handling training a plus. Familiarity with our store and the products we carry appreciated. $15-$16 per hour.
