This is our day to celebrate 35 years in business and to give heartfelt thanks to the customers who made it possible. Stop by on Saturday, Sept. 18th and enjoy a FREE cup of Fair Trade coffee and a piece of birthday cake. In addition, there will be one-day-only deals in each department, one-day raffles for a variety of gift baskets, and hundreds of dollars worth of door prizes.
- Enjoy our cornucopia of storewide FREE and tasty samples.
- Meet the produce experts from Charlie’s Produce, who will be joining the knowledgeable Real Food staff to answer questions, offer samples and provide Helena with the largest-ever organic produce sale.
- Meet our organic beef ranchers from the B-Bar Ranch, and sample some of the world’s finest beef products.
- Visit with our Naturopathic physician, Dr. Jeff Roush, 11 am to 2 pm.
- Live music by Timbaru from 11 am to 2 pm.

We’re sponsoring the new Well Nourished Lecture Series being presented by St. Peter’s Hospital and staff of registered dietitians and nurses. These FREE lectures will be on the third Tuesday of each month. All of the lectures begin at 6 p.m. in the Hospital’s Education Center accessible through the Hospital’s Main Entrance.
The first talk is “Eating for Peak Performance and Sports Success,” and it will be presented on September 21 by Sue Larson, MS, RD.

This city-wide recycling drive benefits Growing Friends tree-planting projects and the S.A.V.E. Foundation's activities to expand recycling in Helena. They'll be collecting aluminum, glass, steel & tin cans, newspaper/magazines, corrugated cardboard, type 1 clear plastic (water and pop bottles), type 2 clear plastic (milk jugs and juice containers) and type 2 colored plastic.
