Infantile cortical hyperostosis

Neonatal subperiosteal bone formation over many bones, especially the mandible, clavicles, and the shafts of long bones; it follows fever, usually appearing before six months of age and disappearing during childhood; familial cases are inherited as autosomal dominant.
