Ho’oponopono process
Reputed all-purpose, up-to-date variation of an ancient Hawaiian “process.” Its theory posits a “Divine Creator.” Ho’oponopono purportedly: “releases” problems and “blocks” that cause “imbalance,” stress, and “dis-ease” in “the self”; brings peace and “balance” through a physical, mental, and spiritual “cleansing” that involves repentance and “transmutation”; and creates “balance,” freedom, love, peace, and wisdom within individuals, other social entities, the world, and the “Universe.” | |
