Eat on the Wild Side
Have you ever seen a wild animal that was out of shape? Probably not, unless it was an animal that had been around people too long. That’s partly because sick or weak animals don’t survive and partly because they’re physically active and nourished to perfection on a wild diet that’s natural to their species.
Imagine what it must be like to be fully alive to your surroundings, to have lean, rippling muscles and to move with liquid grace. That may well be our birthright as members of the human species. Hairless and two-legged, we are built to run deer to exhaustion-theirs, not ours.
If there’s anything we’ve learned from a century of nutrition research, it’s that we thrive on physical activity and a natural diet. We are genetically attuned to the diets of paleolithic hunter-gatherers, although some of us are also equipped to handle new-fangled neolithic foods like grains and dairy products. Embracing our native ancestral diets, we open a gateway to greater vitality and well-being.
You can do that here-and do it in style.
